Cairo: 75 EGP · Alexandria: 80 EGP · All other governorates: 90–120 EGP

Exchanges & Returns (within 48 hours of delivery)
Exchanges: shipping fees covered in full
Refunds: 50% of shipping fees apply
Refunds are issued to a digital wallet or bank account.

• All items must be returned unworn and in original packaging. Stainless steel rings must have their size tag attached.
• Earrings and pierced items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Free Shipping Policy
If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned, the original delivery fee plus 50% of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Velvet ships worldwide. All taxes, customs, and import duties are the customer's responsibility. International orders require full payment before dispatch. No refunds or exchanges on international orders.
