Due the safety reasons, packages cannot be opened or checked while the courier awaits!

The shipping is for 80 EGP within Cairo, 85 EGP for Alex, and between 90 :
130 for other governors arrive within 2-6 working days.
Refunds and returns could be done within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Exchanges could be done within 48 hours of receiving the order, with 100 % of the shipping fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds could be done within 48 hours of receiving the order, with 50 % of the shipping fees

Please note that the refund will be transferred to any digital wallet or bank account.

• All products must be returned UNWORN and in the same packaging they
  arrived in 
  *stainless steel rings MUST still have their size tag attached
• Earrings and pierced items can not be returned/exchanged due to hygiene
  reasons.

• Each customer is entitled to one exchange or return per order.

  All of our products are carefully checked before they lovingly packaged

  Free Shipping Policy
• : If an order qualified for free shipping and is returned, the original delivery fee plus 50% of the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund..
  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Velvet ships all over the world. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do however do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country.  

• No refunds/exchange on all international orders
• International orders are to be fully paid before shipping.
